Entries

• Entry is free.
• Entrants can enter multiple categories.
• All applicants must be members of Guaranteed Irish.
• All entries for The Event must be completed and uploaded via the online entry system by entry deadline date. Entry deadlines may be extended at the discretion of The Organisers.
• All entries once submitted are final.
• The person named on the entry form will be the used as the point of contact by The Organisers. Should this change, the entrant agrees to notify to organisers immediately.
• Sponsors cannot enter the category they are sponsoring.
• Shortlisted entrants may be required to provide additional information upon request from The Organisers.
• Organisers reserve the right not to award a category at its own discretion.

Judging

• Entries will be judged by a panel of judges selected by The Organisers.
• Judges will judge entries solely on information provided in this application form.
• Judges reserve the right to re-categorise any entry which they feel will perform better in a different category to that specified by the entrant.
• The judges’ decision is final in all matters relating to these awards and no feedback will be given concerning judge’s decisions.

The Event

• Winners will be announced at the Guaranteed Irish Business Awards Ceremony. The entrant agrees that should they be shortlisted for an Award they will provide a representative to attend the award ceremony to accept the trophy in the event they are successful.
• The entrant agrees that should they be shortlisted for an Award they will not be permitted to sit at a table with any sponsors of The Event.
• During the event, both photographs and video with audio will be taken. The Entrant agrees to be photographed and/or filmed while in attendance at the event.

Winners

• The winners of the awards may state in advertising, promotional material and on their stationery that they are a winner, but this must make it clear which category and the year in which they won.

Other

• The Event and all its Intellectual Property remains the sole copyright of The Organisers, all rights reserved
• These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of Republic of Ireland

• Submitting an entry or booking a seat at the Event confirms your agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
